  1. 20 teaching videos. Research-based and kid-friendly lessons and stories on why, what, and how to develop character and leadership skills.

  2. 30 challenges. Habit-building challenges delivered daily related to the leadership skill for kids to take action.

  3. Daily check-in. To track progress and accumulate points on the scoreboard.

How It Works

Learn

Each leadership skill program is broken down to what it is, why it’s essential, and how to develop it with attention-grabbing stories. Every day, you will receive a short video or text introduction explaining the concept.

Do

Every day, a skill-related challenge is issued for your child to complete. Concept and knowledge alone will not change the behavior or mindset. Only actions can!

Track

There’s a daily check-in to let us know whether your child has completed the challenge. If they finish, we will add one point to their scoreboard. We will do the tracking for you so you can rest free.

Award

Each program comes with a coupon book that your child can redeem if they earn enough points. These are uniquely simple EXPERIENCE awards instead of material ones for you and your child to create magical moments together.

Repeat

Once your child finishes a leadership skill program, they can move on to a different one or continue honing the same skill. The choice is yours.
